What You'll Be Doing
- Lead all day-to-day field operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on schedule, and to a high standard
- Coordinate trade contractors and subcontractors across all phases of construction
- Manage site logistics, scheduling, and sequencing of work
- Act as the primary safety lead on-site, driving a "safety-first" culture
- Monitor and manage general conditions budget and site services
- Maintain a deep understanding of contract documents to proactively identify risks
- Lead subcontractor meetings and maintain strong working relationships across all stakeholders
- Develop and manage project schedules, including contingency planning for delays
- Oversee quality control processes and implement project-specific quality plans
- Support preconstruction activities, including scope development and buyout
- Track and manage T&M work and field changes
- Train and mentor field engineers and superintendents
- Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation using construction software tools
- Engage with local market stakeholders and support business development efforts
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and inclusive jobsite culture
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10-15 years of experience in a lead superintendent or equivalent role
- Proven experience delivering data center projects strongly preferred
- Relevant certifications such as OSHA 30 and safety training (First Aid, CPR, AED) preferred
- Equivalent experience will be considered

- Strong technical construction knowledge across all project phases

- Proven ability to manage schedules, cost control, and field coordination
- Strong problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with pull planning and modern scheduling techniques
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry-standard construction software
- Strong commitment to safety, with the ability to enforce site-wide safety programs
- Experience leading and developing project teams
Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
