- BS or MS in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required; advanced certifications (LEED, ENV SP, PMP) a plus
- 10 years of structural engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proficiency with software such as SAP2000, ETABS, RISA, AutoCAD, Revit, Enercalc, TEDDs
- Experience with infrastructure and/or commercial structural systems
- Strong communication, mentoring, and client‑relations skills
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑disciplinary projects
