- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, project teams, and office support
- Own the contract, budget, schedule, and overall project execution
- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with plans, specifications, and engineering documents
- Resolve project conflicts and delays to keep construction on track
- Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Drive collaboration across teams to meet project goals
- Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience
- Proven experience in industrial, healthcare, and commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction schedules and project planning
- Ability to work from project sites throughout DFW and North Texas
- Willingness to travel is a plus
