NEEDS TO HAVE JOURNEYMAN LICENSE
Duties:
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate project teams, providing guidance and motivation to drive successful outcomes
- Track project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Skills:
- Experience with lean methodologies for project management
- Strong cost control and vendor management skills
- Ability to facilitate meetings effectively
- Knowledge of change management principles
- Competence in project scheduling and scope management
