Electrical Pre-Construction Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Type: Full-Time
I'm partnering with a leading client in Dallas to find an experienced Electrical Pre-Construction Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping major commercial and industrial projects from concept to completion.
- Support Business Development in proposal presentations, interviews, and assist Sales/Marketing in building relationships with General Contractors and Architect/Engineer firms.
- Prepare preliminary, schematic, design development, and construction document estimates and studies during preconstruction.
- Initiate and maintain contact with General Contractors and A/E firms.
- Participate in design decisions, evaluations, value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews.
- Identify new work opportunities and monitor cost trends.
- Evaluate and analyze subcontractor proposals.
- Assist in preparing construction schedules for estimating purposes.
- Collaborate with operations to discuss staffing requirements and build project teams.
- Minimum 4 years of estimating experience in a Pre-Construction Manager role.
- Proven experience with large commercial and industrial projects (concept to close-out).
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Stable employment history.
- Experience with Accubid and/or Conest.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit.

4 years of estimating experience in a Pre-Construction Manager role
