Director - Valuation

We are a nationally recognized advisory firm specializing in business valuation and forensic accounting. Our professionals are trusted by law firms, corporations, and government entities to deliver objective, defensible financial analysis in high-stakes disputes. With a strong presence across the Mid-West, and want to continue building on this and throughout the US.

We are looking for a seasoned and entrepreneurial Director to support our Valuation practice in the Minneapolis region. This role is ideal for a professional with deep technical expertise and a strong network in the legal and corporate communities. With existing work already avaliable to take on, you will not have the expectation to have a book of business, however, this would be a benifit. This opportunity will lead into building your own book of business or continue to grow your existing.

• Lead valuation complex matters.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with attorneys, corporate clients, and referral sources in the Minneapolis area.
• Drive business development efforts to generate revenue.
• Mentor and manage a team of analysts and consultants.
  
  

• CPA, ABV, ASA, CVA, or equivalent valuation credentials required.
• At least 10 years of experience in business valuation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership and practice growth.
