You'll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact by overseeing the estimation process for multiple projects, ensuring that the costs align with the company's financial goals.
Key Responsibilities of the Chief Estimator | High-Rise
- Oversee preconstruction for ground-up and renovation projects, ensuring smooth project flow and scope management.
- Lead estimating team in developing accurate estimates across all phases, including conceptual, schematic, and GMP.
- Manage workloads and schedules to meet deadlines for both personal and team deliverables.
- Develop and analyze cost models, maintaining historical data to support budgeting and estimating.
- Implement industry best practices such as Lean, VDC, and IPD in collaboration with operations teams.
Qualifications of the Chief Estimator | High-Rise
- Experience as Preconstruction Director or Chief Estimator in a GC environment, leading teams.
- Bachelor's degree with 10 years of estimating experience.
- Expert in cost estimating and analysis across all project stages.
- Proficient in RFP/Q preparation, construction methods, purchasing, negotiations, presentations, and team management.

Salary : $160,000 - $220,000
