Our client, a respected and growing architecture firm, is seeking a highly skilled BIM Manager to lead BIM standards, Revit implementation, and team development across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. - Develop and maintain firmwide Revit standards, templates, and content libraries.
- Establish and enforce BIM best practices, naming conventions, worksets, shared parameters, and view templates.
- Configure and manage BIM 360 environments, permissions, and coordination workflows.
- Create BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and oversee consultant/client file exchange standards.
- Troubleshoot and audit project models to ensure quality, performance, and consistency.
- Perform model health checks and generate reports to support project teams.
- Lead BIM training initiatives, mentor staff, and support onboarding of new team members.
- Promote a collaborative, technology-driven culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3 years of dedicated BIM Management or BIM Coordination experience.
- Strong background supporting commercial architecture projects.
- Advanced knowledge of Revit, including families, parameters, worksets, linked models, phasing, and model management.
- Expertise with BIM 360 administration, collaboration tools, permissions, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with automation tools such as Dynamo, pyRevit, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
