Role Description The Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Belton, TX, responsible for overseeing daily theater operations and ensuring an excellent guest experience. This role includes supervising and scheduling staff, leading by example on the floor, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment in all areas, including auditoriums, lobby, kitchen, and restrooms. The Manager will coordinate with kitchen and concessions teams to ensure timely, high-quality food and beverage service, monitor inventory, and support basic ordering and stock control. Day-to-day tasks also include handling customer inquiries and concerns, monitoring presentation quality (sound, picture, and overall ambiance), and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards. The Manager will support basic administrative tasks such as cash handling, shift reports, and training new team members to uphold the theater’s service and cleanliness standards. This role has to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or hospitality, with the ability to create a welcoming, guest-focused environment.
- Previous supervisory, lead, or management experience in a theater, restaurant, retail, or similar fast-paced setting preferred.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills, with the ability to coach and motivate diverse team members.
- Basic understanding of operations such as scheduling, cash handling, and inventory management.
- Ability to work on-site in Belton, TX, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by theater operations.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, with a calm and professional approach to guest issues.
- Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and consistent quality of both service and facility appearance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in management or hospitality is a plus.
