- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
- PE license (non-negotiable-you're the expert).
- 10 years of progressive experience in electrical design and project leadership.
- Deep expertise in healthcare electrical systems: emergency power, critical systems, low-voltage infrastructure.
- Mastery of NEC, NFPA, and healthcare-specific codes (NFPA 99).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and design software.
