Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager will lead education-focused projects from concept through completion, ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients. This position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for creating environments that inspire learning and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage K-12 and Higher Education projects from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong relationships.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to deliver outstanding work.
- Prepare proposals and lead client presentations.
- Contribute to design development, production, and construction administration.
- Occasional travel for project needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in project management.
- California architectural license preferred or actively pursuing licensure.
- Expertise in educational projects requiring DSA compliance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Revit and design visualization tools (SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
- Passion for sustainability and innovative design solutions.
Compensation
Anticipated salary range: $120,000-$155,000, based on experience.
