Your role
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of all incoming and outgoing materials, parts, assemblies, and supplies. You ensure that shipments are processed according to established procedures, documentation is completed correctly, and materials are stored, packaged, and transported safely. You will support internal and external customers by preparing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and operating material‑handling equipment. A strong focus on safety, quality, and organization is essential to succeed in this position.
Your responsibilities
Receive, identify, store, select, count, issue, package, and ship materials, parts, assemblies, and work‑in‑progress items according to prescribed procedures.
Document and record all stockroom, shipping, and receiving transactions using the appropriate forms, systems, and menus.
Process domestic and international shipping documents, manifests, labels, and all required paperwork for timely parcel and freight shipments.
Operate computers, printers, labelers, and related software to prepare domestic and foreign shipments.
Work from shipping orders, shop orders, requisitions, packing lists, and written instructions.
Weigh, label, and mark materials to meet internal and external customer requirements.
Operate fork trucks, high lifts, cranes, hoists, and other material‑handling equipment for loading and unloading trucks and containers.
Move, crate, uncrate, package, or unpack freight and machinery using scales, saws, and other tools as needed.
Apply wrapping or preservatives to protect items and prevent damage; identify and report rust, physical damage, or incorrect markings.
Work safely to prevent injury and avoid damage to materials or equipment.
Receive and sign for incoming materials; report damage or unusual conditions to the Supervisor.
Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly work area and equipment.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience operating fork trucks and pendant cranes
Minimum of two (2) years of warehouse experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Green Card Holder
