Receptionist

Our client located in Farmingdale is looking to hire a front desk receptionist ASAP. In this role as a receptionist you will be responsible for supporting the needs of the front desk of an organization that is growing. You must be comfortable answering a switchboard, greeting guests when they come, offering refreshments, data entry, assist with planning office parties, decorating for holidays and various administrative tasks as they come up. We are looking for someone with prior experience as a receptionist with switchboard experience. Proficiency with excel is a huge plus as well as the various Microsoft products but not required. The hours are Monday – Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.

Salary is based upon experience but they offer a competitive range of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour depending upon experience. They also offer a full benefits package.
