What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Assistant position at Luxury Real Estate Office?
Looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate assistant. This position is assisting a fast-paced, top producing team, ready to hit the ground running and work hard. Looking for someone who is a quick learner with a positive, “can do” attitude, is detail oriented, highly organized, able to adapt to the demands of a fast-paced environment and can handle all personality types with ease. Preferably licensed, Real Estate License in CA, or ability to seek a Real Estate License in CA and have experience in Real Estate.
Job responsibilities would include:
- Assisting Agents with daily tasks, scheduling appointments, and customer service
- Drafting and managing listing and escrow contracts, managing files from start to close, etc., experienced with CAR forms and Skyslope platform
- Managing social media accounts – familiar with latest trends and editing practices
- Drafting and sending email campaigns – familiar with Constant Contact and Mailchimp
- Putting together and managing print advertising – submitting materials to local publications, working with editing teams to produce attractive and well written ads
- Holding open houses
- Attending miscellaneous appointments – showings, inspections, etc.
- Miscellaneous office tasks as needed

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
