Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Intern based in San Diego, CA, with partial remote work flexibility. The Real Estate Intern will assist with market research, property evaluations, and supporting deal strategy, underwriting properties. Responsibilities include maintaining communication with supervisor, providing excellent due diligence and delivering data to be sold to the clients, and gathering and analyzing data to support real estate development projects. The role also involves assisting with sales initiatives and managing real property processes under supervision, gaining experience and insights in the real estate industry.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Real Estate, Real Estate Development, and Real Property
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills for client interactions
- Sales skills to support client acquisition and property transactions
- Ability to gather, organize, and analyze real estate market data effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with real estate tools and software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in pursuing a career in real estate or a related field
