This is not a passive internship.
This is a high-output, high-reward sales role.
You will:
- Cold call investor leads daily
- Re-engage past borrowers
- Qualify real estate investors for upcoming purchases or refinances
- Set intro calls with assigned Account Executives (AEs)
- Live on the phone

Metrics:
- 2,000 outbound calls per month
- 100 conversations per week
- Identify qualified real estate investors
- Book intro calls for AEs
- Track and report pipeline metrics
Your job is simple: Find serious investors → Qualify them → Get them to your AE
Compensation Data:
This is a performance-driven role.
- Average close rate: 1.6%
- ~32 qualified leads per month
- Average revenue per client: $5,000
- 15% commission on revenue generated from clients you originate
With expected performance:
- ~16 funded deals/month
- ~$12,000/month potential earnings
- ~$150,000 annually (Not including accelerators or bonuses)
Career Path:
After sourcing 50 new funded clients:
You move onto the Account Executive promotion track, with:
- Higher commission splits
- Larger income upside
