Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transport Driver to join our team. As a Transport Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers or goods to their destinations. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to drive various types of vehicles, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport passengers or goods to designated locations
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations
- Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed
- Communicate effectively with passengers and address any concerns or questions
- Adhere to schedules and ensure timely arrivals and departures
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in limousine, delivery driver, school bus driving, or commercial driving is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Ability to maintain professionalism and provide exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with paratransit or shuttle driving is a plus
