FENDI CASA is seeking a dynamic and motivated full-time Senior Sales Consultant to support contract projects and high-end luxury residential sales within the Miami showroom.
Main responsibilities
The role involves guiding clients through the entire sales process, including furniture selection, proposal preparation, renderings, estimates, specifications, and all related sales documentation, while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and brand alignment.
This position requires daily interaction with interior designers, architects, and high-end retail clients, delivering an exceptional level of service, professionalism, and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the European luxury furnishings market and, preferably, a background in interior design or architecture.
Experience supporting contract and project-based sales is essential, while account ownership and external business development remain coordinated through the Store Manager.
The Senior Sales Consultant will report directly to the Fendi Casa Miami Store Manager and will be based full-time in the showroom.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong knowledge of the European luxury residential furnishings market
Background in interior design or architecture preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Design (preferred)
Advanced proficiency in CAD or similar design programs
Previous experience in luxury retail sales or showroom environments
Experience supporting contract or project-based sales
Positive, proactive, and service-oriented attitude
Languages: English and Spanish required; Italian preferred.
Work Location: Miami (store-based)
Salary Range: 55.000-60.000 USD Commissions
Valid U.S. work authorization required (Green Card or Citizenship)
