Luxury Labels is an established luxury resale company specializing in authentic designer handbags, accessories, jewelry, and other luxury goods. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our team in Manalapan, NJ.

This is a hands-on, multi-functional position covering the day-to-day operational workflow of our e-commerce business. The person in this role will work with merchandise throughout its lifecycle — from receiving and processing to product photography, inventory management, online listing, order fulfillment, and shipping.

Previous experience in luxury resale, fashion resale, e-commerce retail, or a similar product-based business is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, assist with authentication and process incoming merchandise
• Maintain accurate inventory records and properly organize and store high-value merchandise
• Photograph handbags, accessories, jewelry, and other products according to company standards
• Perform basic photo editing, cropping, and image preparation for online listings
• Research merchandise to identify model/style names, materials, measurements, features, and other relevant product information
• Create and update accurate e-commerce product listings
• Document product condition and accurately identify notable signs of wear
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments as needed
• Assist with order-related operational tasks
• Perform quality-control checks before merchandise is listed or shipped
• Work with authentication and sales staff to ensure merchandise is processed correctly
• Maintain an organized photography, inventory, and fulfillment workspace
• Assist with additional day-to-day operational needs as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience in e-commerce, luxury resale, fashion resale, retail operations, inventory management, fulfillment, or product processing preferred
• Product photography experience preferred
• Familiarity with luxury designer handbags and accessories is highly desirable
• Familiarity with brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Gucci, Dior, Saint Laurent, and similar luxury brands is a plus
• Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn e-commerce and inventory-management systems
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to recognize and accurately document product condition
• Comfortable researching products and working with online listings
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and efficiently move between different responsibilities
• Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a small team
• Comfortable handling high-value merchandise with appropriate care
• Ability to perform routine physical tasks associated with receiving, organizing, packing, and shipping merchandise

On any given day, you may be receiving new merchandise, photographing handbags, researching products, updating inventory, preparing customer orders, or assisting with another operational priority.

Experience working for a luxury resale company, fashion e-commerce business, consignment store, online retailer, or similar operation would be particularly valuable.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position
• On-site at our Manalapan, NJ location
• $21.00 per hour
• Consistent weekday schedule (9am - 5:30PM)
