Now Hiring: Full-Time Content Creator & Videographer
Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania
Luxury Home Improvements, a fast-growing high-end residential remodeling company, is looking for a creative powerhouse to join our team. If you live and breathe content, know how to capture attention in seconds, and have the editing chops to make everything look premium—this role is for you.
Top candidates will have:
• A strong, active online presence or sizable social media following
• Proven videography and photography experience
• Advanced editing skills (video photo)
• Ability to create short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• A sense of style and storytelling that fits a luxury brand
• Ability to work on-site in West Chester, PA
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and creative independence
What you’ll do:
• Film and edit high-quality videos of remodeling projects, before/afters, process videos, team features, and customer stories
• Develop creative concepts and campaigns to boost brand visibility
• Manage content calendars and post across multiple platforms
• Work closely with ownership and marketing to keep ideas fresh, engaging, and on-brand
• Capture real-time content in the field and in the showroom
