Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, stories, and customer testimonials.
- Plan and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
- Respond to comments, messages, and online reviews in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote campaigns, events, and special offers.
- Capture project photos and videos showcasing completed bathroom remodels and customer success stories.
- Track key performance metrics and provide monthly reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and lead generation.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
- 2 years of experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Video editing experience using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or interior design is a plus.
