Medical Spa Sales Consultant

Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is looking for a motivated and client-focused Medical Spa Sales Consultant to join our team in Richmond, VA.

The Sales Consultant will help clients understand our aesthetic services, recommend treatment options based on their goals, and provide an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate has experience in medical spa, aesthetics, beauty, wellness, luxury retail, or consultative sales.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate services.
• Educate clients about treatments, packages, and products.
• Build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
• Achieve sales goals while creating a positive client experience.
• Work closely with the team to support client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Sales experience in medical spa, beauty, cosmetics, wellness, or related industries preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience selling services, packages, or high-value products is a plus.
• Comfortable discussing aesthetic treatments and client recommendations.
