Luxura Aesthetic Medical Spa is seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Master Esthetician to join our growing team in Leesburg, Virginia.

We are looking for someone committed to delivering exceptional client experiences, passionate about skincare and aesthetics, and comfortable working in a positive, fast-paced medical spa environment.

Responsibilities

Perform a range of skincare and body treatments, including facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, HIFU, Body EMS, cavitation, and microneedling

Follow strict sanitary practices and safety procedures

Properly handle and operate medical-grade equipment used for treatments

Follow Luxura treatment protocols, company standards, and procedures

Provide an exceptional client experience throughout each spa visit

Consult with clients regarding their skincare and body concerns

Recommend appropriate Luxura products, services, and treatments when applicable

Requirements

Active Virginia Master Esthetician License is required

Previous medical spa experience

Experience working with medical-grade aesthetic equipment and treatments

Strong communication and consultation skills

Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Strong commitment to client care and safety

Compensation

$17 to $18 per hour, plus tips and commissions
