Warehouse Lead

Luxor Staffing is hiring Warehouse Leads paying up to $22.10 per hour with variety of shifts available. Weekly pay, possible overtime, optional direct deposit, benefits from day 1 on the job and much more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, picking, packing, shipping).
• Lead, train, and support warehouse associates.
• Monitor workflow to ensure productivity and efficiency goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and documentation accuracy.
• Resolve minor operational issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified).

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual and English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge.
• Forklift certification preferred.
