Essential Functions:
- Perform testing and diagnostics on servers and components.
- Repair or replace parts as needed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and complete related documentation.
- Use various tools and equipment to identify and fix server problems.
- Disassemble and reassemble units following work instructions.
- Order and install correct replacement parts.
- Test units to ensure they meet quality and process standards.
- Inspect and label products accurately.
- Enter repair data into the QMS system.
- Report repair issues to engineering.
- Collect and analyze data to support problem solving.
- Use hand tools to move products between work areas.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
Experience & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Lenovo experience preferred.
- **CompTIA A certification preferred.
- At least 1 year of diagnostic experience.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and photos.
- Proficient with hand tools and troubleshooting.
- Basic math skills.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
