Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and personalized assistance throughout their stay
- Manage front desk operations during evening hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring guest safety during shift hours
- Document shift activities through detailed reports, incident logs, to ensure operational accuracy
