- Direct and oversee all aspects of facility operations including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities
- Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency
- Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and compassionate resident-centered care
- Implement company policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory standards
- Drive census growth, customer satisfaction, and community engagement
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to department heads and interdisciplinary teams
Licensure:
- Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Missouri
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (Healthcare Administration or related field preferred)
- Master’s degree preferred
