- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and sales strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, families, and the local community.
- Manage digital marketing, advertising, and events to promote the community.
- Collaborate with leadership to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
- Track leads, tours, and move-ins using CRM software.
- 3 years of marketing or sales experience in senior living or healthcare.
- Active AL assessors license OR a degree in a healthcare related field to obtain AL Assessor Certificate via DHSS
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive results and meet occupancy targets.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and referral networks.
