- Set up and clean dining areas, ensuring sanitation standards are met
- Deliver meals to resident rooms and assist with tray setup
- Wash dishes, discard food waste, and take out trash
- Follow dietary cards, portioning guidelines, and special diet requirements
- Support cooks and dietary managers with kitchen tasks
- Stock supplies and maintain inventory
- Clean and help maintain kitchen equipment
- Attend required training, meetings, and in-services
- Friendly demeanor and effective communication skills
- Ability to read, follow instructions, and interact professionally
- Capable of standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and performing physical tasks
- Prior food service or dietary aide experience preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures a plus
