Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Provide personalized care with kindness, respect, and dignity.
• Foster a safe and socially engaging environment.
• Monitor and document resident health and well-being.
• Support residents’ emotional and physical health through compassionate care.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Valid CNA certification in Missouri
• High school diploma or equivalent
• COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to comply with requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for working in rehabilitation, long-term care, or skilled nursing facilities
