- Recommend needed equipment and supplies to the supervisor
- Clean and reset activity areas after programs
- Follow resident care plans to provide daily activities
- Purchase department supplies and assist residents with personal items when needed
- Support residents during activities to promote physical, social, and emotional well-being
- Visit in-room residents, assist with crafts, write letters, run errands, and provide general support
- Experience in a Long Term Care Activities Department (preferred)
- Patience, tact, a cheerful attitude, and enthusiasm
- Ability to work with residents at varying maturity levels
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to move intermittently throughout the day
Salary : $15
