Regional Business Office Manager (RBOM)
We’re looking for an experienced Regional Business Office Manager to support multiple skilled nursing facilities across Ohio and Northern Kentucky. If you’re highly organized, results-driven, and experienced in long-term care revenue cycle operations, we want to talk to you.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and support business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities
Train and mentor Business Office Managers at the facility level
Manage accounts receivable, billing, collections, and cash flow processes
Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including Kentucky and Ohio Medicaid
Collaborate with facility leadership to optimize census, payer mix, and financial performance
Monitor facility A/R metrics and provide actionable support to meet targets
Travel to assigned locations on a regular basis
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in long-term care/skilled nursing business office management
Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid (including Kentucky Medicaid), private insurance, and managed care billing
Proven success in accounts receivable, collections, and revenue cycle management
Strong leadership, training, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Willingness to travel regionally
