Regional Business Development Manager

THP Limited (THP) is looking for a Regional Business Development Manager based in our Cincinnati office to plan and execute THP’s business development plan in the Greater Cincinnati market.

The Regional Business Development Manager works closely with a cross-functional team of business development, marketing, and technical personnel to identify and cultivate relationships to support the organization’s growth and long-term sustainability. The ideal candidate shares THP’s methodology of valued client relationships and high standards of quality and service.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Able To

• Develop and manage the regional business development plan to support the long-term sustainability of THP.
• Develop new client relationships to enhance the awareness of THP in the marketplace and create new revenue streams that enhance growth.
• Expand existing client relationships to further support the growth of THP and its partners.
• Gather market intelligence to support strategic business development initiatives and target ideal client opportunities.
• Coordinate staff to execute the regional business development plan and deliver a consistent THP value proposition.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of business development experience.
• Experience working with CRM databases.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with a varied audience.
• Team-oriented approach to achieving success.
• Proven sales performance results and career progression.
