Lead TIBCO Developer

For one of our clients in the Insurance segment, we are searching for a Senior TIBCO Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Lead requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture (majority of time).
• Contribute hands-on in coding and integration (25–30%).
• Break down work into stories, assign tasks, and support implementation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and guide technical decisions.
• Mentor team members and foster accountability.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 10 years of experience in enterprise integration and architecture.
• Proven ability to balance hands-on coding with solution-level leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive “work giver” mindset — driving solutions, not just executing tasks.
• Strong Experience in TIBCO BW 5x and BW 6x, TIBCO I-Process BPM, and EMS is a must.
• Strong knowledge of Java, HTML.
• Exposure to Mainframe / Struts (preferred but optional).
• Basics of any DB and able to write simple DB SQL queries.
• Experience in SAFe Agile methodology or Agile/Scrum is desired.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand and clarify complex issues and solutions.
• Proficiency in general programming concepts & Knowledge of Java is desired.
• Should have good understanding of the software development life cycle
• Team leading experience and stakeholder management
• Passion for technology and willingness to learn

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Insurance industry experience.
