Responsibilities
- Measure and interpret technical drawings to accurately install countertops according to project specifications.
- Prepare work areas by safely using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
- Install countertops securely using adhesives, caulking, fasteners, and other appropriate installation methods while following all safety procedures.
- Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and other trades to ensure efficient project completion.
- Perform quality inspections during and after installation to verify workmanship and compliance with project plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of measurements, installation details, and any field modifications.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the installation process.
- Provide professional and courteous service when interacting with customers and team members.
Qualifications
- Previous countertop installation or related construction experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and interpret measurements.
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and lifting heavy materials safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Language Requirements
- English or Spanish proficiency preferred (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply).
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
