This position is ideal for an installer with prior laminate countertop installation experience who is looking for flexible, production-based work. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing post-form and custom laminate countertops while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Install post-form and custom laminate countertops according to company standards
- Install backsplashes, end splashes, seams, and related countertop components
- Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and installation drawings
- Scribe, fit, level, and adjust countertops to ensure a professional finished product
- Verify job site conditions and communicate any concerns prior to installation
- Safely transport, handle, and install countertop materials
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide professional customer service while working in residential and commercial environments
- Follow all company safety procedures and job site requirement
Qualifications
- Previous laminate countertop installation experience required
- Experience with post-form laminate countertops preferred
- Ability to read measurements and installation documentation accurately
- Familiarity with countertop installation tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
