We are seeking a Staff Accountant with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A few years of relevant experience would be a strong advantage.
The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, capable of multitasking, and eager to learn. Moderate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft is required. Strong written and oral communication skills are required.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Audit Sales Revenue
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Performs miscellaneous accounting tasks.
- Perform Month-end and year-end reconciliations.
- Ensure monthly journal entries are completed timely and accurately.
- Complete monthly sales commissions for Multifamily and New Ventures.
- Review monthly break-fix billing to ensure accuracy.
- Identify break-fix billing errors and communicate with T3 Senior Technical Support Manager to ensure a solution and mitigate the issue.
- Support Senior Accountants in various tasks.
- Process invoices and subscriptions upload.
- Special projects as assigned.
