Luxer One’s Package Liaison team is seeking a professional, organized, and customer‑focused individual to support package management operations at luxury apartment communities.
As a Package Liaison, you will help maintain package rooms and locker systems at assigned properties within your region. You will visit each site multiple times per week to ensure smooth, efficient, and resident‑friendly package operations.
This is a part‑time position, typically 20–25 hours per week. As part of a growing service program, this role offers opportunities for expanded responsibilities and advancement as the program continues to scale.
What
What You’ll Do
Provide in‑person, verbal and written assistance to residents with package‑related questions or issues
Log newly delivered packages into the property’s automated package management system
Ensure all packages are promptly scanned into the Luxer One software system
Label, sort, and organize packages to maintain a clean, easy‑to‑navigate package room
Identify aging or unclaimed packages and email residents with pickup reminders, including notice of return‑to‑sender deadlines for stale packages (typically 48 hours, depending on property policy)
Confirm return‑to‑sender pickups when required
Serve as the primary on‑site liaison between the property team and Luxer One support
Perform light maintenance or troubleshooting on package room or locker systems
Conduct scheduled audits of package rooms and lockers (weekly or monthly, depending on property size)
Occasionally support outreach efforts, such as visiting prospective properties for audits or informational drop‑offs
Work independently and represent Luxer One professionally as the primary or sole liaison at assigned sites
Deliver select packages directly to residents’ doors (60 lbs limit)*
*Door delivery pertains only at select properties.
Who You Are
You’re professional, personable, and comfortable representing our brand in upscale residential communities. You build positive, friendly relationships with property managers and residents alike, and you take pride in delivering excellent service.
At a Minimum, You’ll Need:
1–2 years of customer service experience in a client-facing role
Reliable transportation, such as a personal vehicle or access to public transit; ideally, you live in or near the designated service area
Comfort using technology, including digital package management systems and an iPad
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform regular physical activity, including lifting and arranging packages—some of which may be bulky—within legal guidelines and maneuvering safely within storage areas
Can lift - but not exceed - 60 LBS
Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
At least 18 years old
Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned; responsibilities may evolve based on business needs
