Responsibilities
- Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program
- Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
- Host two open houses each month
- Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
- Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines
- Participate in team events and activities according to team standards
- Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls
- Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively
- Showcase proficiency in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
- Record activities and manage client information using PLACE Technology
Qualifications
