What are the responsibilities and job description for the Coffee Barista position at Luxe Bites?
Luxe Bites in Los Angeles, CA is looking for a coffee barista and events assistant to help with and serve coffee/matcha at events! We are located at 3317 N Mission Road, Los Angeles CA 90031. Our ideal candidate is someone with a passion for coffee and people. Part-time/full-time hours are available!
Responsibilities
- Lead and train a team for coffee related events
- Operate and maintain machinery
- Assist event staff in set-up and breakdown; returning all equipment after the event
- Arrive on time to venues and communicate with kitchen team appropriately
- Report to events manager
- Coordinate with venue staff when necessary
- Maintain consistency with brand presentation and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Experience with La Marzacco machines preferred
- 1-3 years of previous Barista experience preferred
- Car required for travel to and from events, valid driver's license required
- Strong customer service and cooperation skills
- Latte art experience is a plus!
