Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to build, manage, and scale our channel ecosystem. In this role, you will develop strategic partnerships with dental labs, resellers, distributors, and technology partners to accelerate adoption of LuxCreo’s one-click solutions. You will act as the primary liaison for channel partners, supporting them with sales enablement, training, and business development while ensuring strong performance and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy & Development
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners aligned with LuxCreo’s growth strategy in the dental industry.
- Evaluate market opportunities, competitive landscape, and channel performance to refine go-to-market plans.
- Establish clear partner segments, incentive structures, and performance criteria.
- Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dental labs, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews and align on revenue, pipeline, and implementation goals.
- Serve as the central point of contact for partner needs, escalation, and coordination with internal teams.
- Sales Enablement & Training
- Provide partners with ongoing product training, sales resources, and technical guidance for LuxCreo’s one-click workflows.
- Support partners during customer demos, proof-of-concept activities, and market development campaigns.
- Ensure partners are informed on product updates, material innovations, and clinical workflow improvements.
- Performance & Revenue Growth
- Monitor partner sales performance; track KPIs and pipeline data to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Develop joint marketing programs and promotions to increase channel demand and adoption.
- Collaborate closely with internal Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 5 years of experience in channel sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably in dental, medical devices, or advanced manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of dental labs, orthodontics workflows, or 3D printing technologies is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and grow channel ecosystems that drive scalable revenue.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.

Compensation & Incentives:
LuxCreo offers a competitive base salary and commission structure designed to reward consistent sales execution and long-term client growth. Commissions are paid based on revenue received and aligned with quota achievement, reinforcing quarterly consistency over end-loaded performance.
