General Manager Medspa

Lux Wellness Company is a rapidly growing med spa specializing in non-invasive fat reduction, body sculpting, and anti-aging treatments including CryoSlimming, EMS, and TShape2.

We are looking for a strong, results-driven General Manager to oversee multiple locations, lead our team, and help scale the business.

Position Overview

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring all locations operate efficiently, hit revenue goals, and deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences.

You will directly oversee staff, sales performance, operations, and growth across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

• Hire, train, and manage all technicians and assistant managers
• Set clear expectations and hold staff accountable to performance standards
• Conduct performance reviews and regular check-ins
• Maintain a positive but high-performance culture
• Address and resolve team issues, including termination when necessary

Training & Service Quality Control

• Train all staff on:
• CryoSlimming, CryoToning, CryoFacials
• EMS / Body Sculpting
• TShape2
• Perform regular technique audits
• Ensure all treatments are delivered consistently across locations
• Retrain or replace underperforming staff

Sales & Performance Oversight

• Oversee consultations and sales process at all locations
• Monitor and improve:
• Conversion rates

Daily Operations

• Ensure each location is:
• Clean, organized, and fully staffed
• Running efficiently and on schedule
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage
• Handle day-to-day operational challenges

Client Experience & Issue Resolution

• Handle escalated client concerns
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain high client satisfaction and retention

Flexibility & Coverage

• Step in to support locations when short-staffed
• Assist with onboarding and training in person
• Be available to resolve urgent issues when needed

Qualifications

• 3-5 minmimum years management experience (multi-location preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proven track record in sales-driven environments
• Experience in med spa, aesthetics, fitness, or wellness industry preferred
• Highly organized and results-oriented
• Willingness to travel regularly

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ($90,000-$110,000)
