MedSpa & Aesthetics Travel Sales Manager –
$3,000 Base High Commission | Company Car | Paid Travel & Housing
We’re hiring a Traveling Sales Manager to support and grow our luxury MedSpa locations across multiple states. If you have experience in medical aesthetics or luxury spa sales—and enjoy leading teams and traveling—this could be the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Travel to spa locations in Florida, Ohio, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Indiana, or Texas
- Lead and coach in-spa sales teams to hit goals
- Sell services like injectables, skincare treatments, and memberships
- Help launch new spa locations and improve existing ones
- Stay at each location for 60–90 days, depending on performance
Requirements (Must-Haves):
- 1 year experience in a MedSpa, aesthetic clinic, or luxury spa
- Proven sales and team leadership experience
- Strong communication, sales, and client service skills
- Open to frequent U.S. travel (flights, housing, and car provided)
Pay & Benefits:
- $3,000 base salary 5–10% commission (uncapped)
