As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting the night audit process to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports
- Checking in late-arriving guests and assisting with any special requests
- Handling guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitoring security cameras and ensuring the safety and security of guests and hotel property
- Assisting with front desk duties such as answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing information to guests
- Performing end-of-day procedures, including closing out cash registers and preparing for the next day's operations

To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or front desk position
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
