What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor position at East Side Hotel?
We have an immediate opening for a NIGHT AUDITOR (Sunday - Thursday , 11p - 730a) .
This position plays a key role in daily operations and it is not a shift that we can cover easily. This position will require a professional, mature person understanding work ethic and importance of showing up and being on time. Looking for someone with hotel experience but willing to train the right person with excellent customer service skills. As Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Audit, post and balance daily cashiers' work. Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists. Hotel is looking for an outgoing, personable, knowledgeable, front desk agent, this individual is required to: demonstrate good computer skills; accurately handle cash and charges; stand for long periods of time; present a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service oriented. Should be able to efficiently multi-task and be able to work under pressure at times. The hotel operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All employees are expected to work varying shifts including weekends. Employees are required to adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the management.
