Experience in customer service, receptionist work, scheduling, dispatching, or office support is helpful, but personality, attitude, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
This is a full-time, year-round position with consistent hours, supportive leadership, and opportunities to grow into more responsibility over time.
In this role, you’ll be one of the key people helping keep the business moving. You’ll answer calls, help customers schedule appointments, support our crews and managers, keep things organized behind the scenes, and help create a smooth experience for both customers and coworkers. Some days move fast, priorities shift, and there’s always something happening — but that’s also what keeps the job interesting.
You do not need painting industry experience to succeed here. We can teach the industry side. What we can’t teach is a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, reliability, and someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and keeping things on track.
