What You’ll Do
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, scraping, patching, priming).
- Paint interior and exterior walls, trim, and detailed finishes.
- Protect job sites and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Use and maintain hand and power tools properly.
- Work efficiently while delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients.
- Follow safety standards and company procedures.
What We’re Looking For

- Ability to work independently and on a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet.
