The Opportunity
We're seeking a Marketing Manager to bring cohesion and strategic direction to our marketing efforts. Currently, our marketing initiatives across channels operate independently—we need someone to connect the dots, align our teams, and unlock the full potential of our integrated marketing strategy. This is a high-impact role where you'll have the autonomy to shape our marketing infrastructure and drive measurable growth.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership
- Own and manage the master marketing calendar, ensuring coordinated campaigns across all channels
- Develop and execute cross-channel marketing strategies that align e-commerce, creative, email/SMS, social media, and paid advertising
- Lead regular marketing standups to maintain team alignment and momentum
- Identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable strategies
Performance & Analytics
- Manage marketing budget allocation and online advertising strategy across Google Ads, Pinterest, Meta, and other platforms
- Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs using Google Analytics and other analytics tools
- Drive continuous performance optimization through data-driven decision making
- Present regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative, e-commerce, and content teams on asset planning and production schedules
- Collaborate on brand initiatives, seasonal campaigns, and promotional strategies
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Bridge communication between marketing functions to eliminate silos
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of marketing experience with demonstrated strategic oversight
- Proven experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI across channels
- Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce or consumer products
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms
- Background in brand development or product marketing
- Experience leading or mentoring marketing teams

What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: Starting salary of $85,000 with planned increase to $95,000 after 12 months based on proven performance
