Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our service department. This individual will oversee daily operations, drive team performance, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain high standards of efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead all aspects of the service department operations
- Supervise, train, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and efficiency to meet department goals
- Maintain compliance with Ford standards and dealership policies
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and repair order processes
- Analyze financial performance, control expenses, and maximize profitability
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Dedication to FIX IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in an automotive dealership (Ford experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Solid understanding of automotive repair processes and service operations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS)
- Valid driver’s license
