What You'll Do
- Support day-to-day HR operations and employee administration
- Process onboarding paperwork and assist with new hire orientation
- Manage employee data entry and record maintenance within HR systems
- Coordinate benefit enrollments and insurance elections
- Assist with 401(k) administration and employee setup
- Maintain compliance-related documentation and personnel records
- Support recruiting efforts, including career fairs and hiring events
- Assist with employee communications and HR reporting
- Partner closely with HR leadership on special projects and process improvements
What They're Looking For
Required:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Strong administrative and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- SHRM certification
- Experience supporting benefits administration and onboarding processes
